The COVID-19 Antigen Rapid Test is a rapid diagnostic test for the detection of SARS-CoV-2 antigens in human nasopharyngeal swab specimens.

1. The qualified professional, with precautionary gloves and protective clothing, removes the cotton buds from the plastic enclosure.
2. The patient has the sterile cotton swab inserted into his/her nostril, reaching the surface of the posterior nasopharynx.
3. Insert the swab specimen into the extraction tube. Stir the swab for 10 seconds.
4. Add 3 drops of sample into the Antigen cassette
5. Start the 15 minute timer. Interpret the results.
